Quick and dirty:
Mod download: MODS
Get the latest version of tes3mp here: https://github.com/TES3MP/openmw-tes3mp/releases
run the openmw-wizard and link it to your morrowind installation
run openmw once and then go to your Documents\My Games\OpenMW folder and add this line to the bottom of openmw.cfg:
data="C:\actual\path\to\mods\you\just\downloaded"
once you set up tes3mp/morrowind goty edition/modfolder run the openmw-launcher and ensure your load order is like this:
Game server information: w83.games - 104.247.145.137 - port 25565
